Yirga Santos
Yirga Santos Espresso is a first-class blend of fine Ethiopian Limu beans, high-quality beans from Brazil and first-class Robusta beans from India. The blend consists of 75% Arabica and 25% Robusta beans. The espresso provides a full-bodied chocolate and nutty taste – a result of the natural variety of flavors of the coffee cherry.

In our search for environmentally friendly capsules, we tested various solutions, always with the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Our aim was to enrich the market with an uncompromisingly sustainable capsule and thus also inspire people for our diverse specialty coffees who have not yet found a suitable solution for their capsule machine. It was important to us to maintain the usual Coffee Circle quality, to protect the coffee from loss of aroma and to produce as little waste as possible.
The result is the „Next Generation BioCapsule“ from Sustainable Packaging: a compostable coffee capsule that is made from 100% natural materials and is even suitable for home composting.
