We are „Roaster of the year 2024“!
We are delighted that the professional magazine crema has named us „Roaster of the year 2024“. The decisive criteria in the evaluation were green coffee selection, roasting quality, product range and sustainability. We are very proud to have impressed in all aspects and would like to thank crema magazine for this award.
The crema magazine has been Europe’s leading magazine for coffee lovers since 2007. Four times a year, the magazine delights its readers with fascinating reports, detailed tests and innovative product presentations. A particular highlight is the annual „Roaster of the year“ award.
This title honors exceptional achievements in the roasting industry and makes it easier for coffee lovers to choose from the numerous roasteries. The evaluation is done by an independent panel of experts, who evaluate the companies in three categories:
- Quality of the coffees offered
- Packaging and customer service
- Fairness and sustainability when purchasing green coffee.
In order to determine the best roastery, the jury does repeat test orders throughout the year to check the consistent quality. This detailed evaluation makes the title „Roaster of the year“ one of the highest awards in the German-speaking coffee and roasting scene.
